Our Principles

We believe that the more information you have the better you will be at creating a space that you love. We want you to be able to understand not only what goes into your home, but the process involved in building it as well. Whether you want to know about green building options or home automation systems we are here to guide you to the best products and vendors.

Once you have been properly educated on all the aspects of building a home you will meet with our design team. Our team of design professionals will collaborate with you to design a home that will be uniquely yours. We design every home from scratch. You will end up with a home that you had a part in designing and one that reflects your individual personality.
Create:
After our design team finishes your plans our construction team takes over. Our goal is to work together as a partnership to finally take your dreams and make them a reality. We have a preconstruction meeting and seven on-sight meetings during the construction process. We want you to feel like you are part of the process throughout the entire project. Once your home is complete, we want to help you understand the best ways to maintain your house. Aecum Development wants to be your home partner for life.

Over the years, we noticed that most of our clients came to us with plans that were significantly over their budget. They would spend months designing the home of their dreams only to come to the stark realization that they could not afford what they had designed. Because Architects are great at designing amazing homes but disconnected from the day-to-day realities of construction costs, it is difficult for them to create designs that are both beautiful and in budget.
Aecum Development has decided to bring the design process in-house. We gathered an expert team of designers and construction professionals that will not only design a house that is beautiful and unique to you but will also be within your budget.
Tailored Fit:
The trend in home building over the last thirty years has been to keep building bigger homes.
